Glow reads a product's barcode with your camera. If the camera screen stays dark, open the iPhone Settings app, tap Glow, and turn on Camera. If a barcode isn't found, you can always add the product by hand.
Where your things are kept
Everything you add is stored on your iPhone, not on our servers, and it's included in your iPhone's backup. See Privacy for the details.
Removing Glow
Deleting the app removes everything you added from that phone, so keep it installed if you want to keep your shelf.
Which version do I have?
In Glow, open Settings to find the version number. Please include it when you email us.
